Meet the Head of Transactional Services Wade Wilson
While his first job may have been milking cows at the crack of dawn on his family’s dairy farm, Wade Wilson got his start as an accounting manager at Orange Glo International, and worked his way up into various controller roles at a diverse suite of companies in the Denver, Colorado area.
Before too long the high altitudes and snowy winters of his home state started to get old so Wade made a break for the sun and surf of Florida to land at Greenlane Holdings. There he founded the accounting department and brought the company public in six-and-half years. In 2020 Wade decided it was the time strike out on his own. He brings his decades of experience instituting industry standard operating procedures, operational excellence, and exponential growth to businesses of all sizes and kinds.
Wade enjoys travel, DIY art projects, and quiet evenings on his patio at his home in Clearwater with his best friend Cat and their dogs Boo and Eragon.
Meet his right hand Cat Shaubach
Originally from Lancaster PA, Cat headed for the hills of Colorado as a peaceful place to raise a family. Long fascinated with numbers and puzzles, she started at a CPA firm managing multiple clients, before she moved to the consumer packaged goods industry at Summit Creek where her role was combination HR and controller. With more facets to her skills than a 2 carat diamond, she combined her interests in technology and math at Centennial Energy, where she spent the next decade plus. There she took on the front office in a business analyst role leading successful software implementations, liaised with risk management, and was responsible for instituting processes maintaining compliance with risk management, contracts, and accounting.
She met Wade during her time volunteering for a non-profit in Colorado and they became fast friends. Shortly after Wade set sail to Florida she followed suit as part of his crack accounting team at Greenlane Holdings as an integral team member leading to their successful IPO. As head of transactional services, Wade relies on Cat’s analytical acumen, business prowess, and accounting excellence for his team. The dynamic duo leads a team with as much of a varied career path as themselves.
Cat’s a devoted animal lover having volunteered at wildlife sanctuaries and shelters, an incredibly accomplished baker and cook, Taekwon-Do purple belt, avid kayaker, and a proud mom to her beloved daughters.
